To delete an existing application on the RelFast portal, follow the step-by-step instructions below. Please make sure that you have the necessary "Delete Application" permissions to perform this operation.
Open your web browser and go to the portal: https://relfast.convolute.ai
Log in to the portal using your credentials to access your account.
After logging in, find and click on the "Applications" tab in the left navigation bar. This will take you to the section where you can manage your applications.
Look for the application tile that you want to delete on the landing page. If the specific application is not visible on the current page, you can use the pagination functionality or the search bar to filter and find the desired application.
Click on the "delete" button associated with the application you wish to delete.
A confirmation box will appear, displaying highlighted text. Enter the highlighted text in the confirmation box to prevent accidental deletion.
After entering the highlighted text, click on the "Yes" button to proceed with the deletion. This confirms your intention to delete the application.
Deleting an application will remove all associated configurations and clients. Please note that once deleted, the application can be recovered from the recycle bin within the next 30 days from the date of deletion.
Be aware that deleting the application will impact any deployed code. The SDK (Software Development Kit) will be unable to read the configurations for evaluation and will default to the fallback value configured. Ensure there is no impact on your deployed code before proceeding with the deletion.
After confirming the deletion, wait for a deletion confirmation success toast to be displayed. This toast notification indicates that the application and its progeny have been successfully deleted.
Please be cautious when performing this operation, as deleting an application can have significant consequences, including the removal of associated configurations and clients. Ensure that you have the necessary permissions and are certain about the deletion before proceeding.
Keep the session active until you see the deletion confirmation success toast to ensure the operation completes successfully.
