Restore a project

To restore a deleted project on the Convolute.AI portal, follow the step-by-step instructions below. Please ensure that you have the necessary "Delete Project" permissions to perform this operation.

Instructions:

  1. Open your web browser and go to the portal: https://relfast.convolute.ai

  2. Log in to the portal using your credentials to access your account.

  3. After logging in, find and click on the "Projects" tab in the left navigation bar. This will take you to the section where you can manage your projects.

  4. Navigate to the "Recycle bin" tab. This tab contains the list of projects that were removed in the last 30 days and are available for restoration.

  5. If the project you wish to restore is not immediately visible on the "Recycle bin" tab, you can use the search option to filter the records and find the desired project.

  6. Once you locate the deleted project, click on the "restore" button associated with that project.

  7. The restoration process will begin, and all associated applications and configurations that were deleted when the project was removed will be restored. However, please note that if any configuration or application was manually deleted before deleting the project, they will not be automatically restored and must be manually restored.

  8. If there is another project with the same name as the one you are restoring, the restore operation will append a number to the project name to differentiate it from the existing project.

  9. After initiating the restoration, wait for a restoration confirmation success toast to be displayed. This toast notification indicates that the project and its progeny have been successfully restored.

  10. Keep the session active until you see the restoration confirmation success toast to ensure the operation completes successfully.

Please note that only projects deleted in the last 30 days can be restored. Projects that were deleted beyond this time frame cannot be recovered.

Restoring a project is a significant operation as it involves restoring associated applications and configurations. Ensure that you have the necessary permissions and are certain about the restoration before proceeding.

If you have any issues or questions regarding permissions or the restoration process, contact the portal administrators or system administrators for assistance.
